Everyone here was amazing. Dr Graves was amazing. I was very tired so I didn't catch names. They really took amazing care of our baby named Chicken last night. Very loving place with detailed care and work. The paper work handling was amazing. They had the hardship of post storm outages. Internet/phone was down but they still had their personal phones hooked up. Truly amazing and we will always appreciate them for it. The nurse that took care of Chicken (I wish I asked for a name) was lovely and very caring. A great hard worker.

Very patient with us at 2 AM when we had to take our kitty in for a bladder issue. Dr Bessette was wonderful.

We had a really positive experience here with our dog. The emergency vet is never somewhere you want to be - but when you need them, it’s great to have a place that gives compassionate and expert treatment to your pet. Dr. Graves took great care of our old girl as did the two vet techs (I forgot their names as it was a stressful night!) and our pup is nearly recovered. They kept us up to date on the price of recommended tests and procedures and were transparent the whole time. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the prices - really not much more than our regular vet for blood tests etc and considering it was at 1am it’s really reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I cannot share enough gratitude to the staff here. I brought my cat in and had to make the tough decision to euthanize her. They were kind, patient to me and especially caring to my beautiful kitty. Thank you for making an awful situation a little bearable.

We took our cat Thomas in tonight and unfortunately we were told that he’d need his leg amputated which really sucked 🥺 However, the young woman who helped us “Abbie” was absolutely fantastic and super helpful. The Doctor was great as well.

The staff is always phenomenal! They genuinely care for your pets and don’t rob you blind.

Highly recommend Emergency Veterinary Services of Lisle. Staff was very responsive and kind. They even followed up a couple days later to make sure our dog was doing okay.
