Highly recommend Emergency Veterinary Services of Lisle. Staff was very responsive and kind. They even followed up a couple days later to make sure our dog was doing okay.

I’ve had several occasions when I’ve had to use Lisle Emergency Vets for my own dogs, and dogs that are in my care. They’re always professional, kind caring and efficient. I find the prices to always be reasonable and very upfront. The doctors are a wealth of information and always spend time listening. They are my go to when my regular vet is closed both for my own dogs and dogs in my care. Thank you for having such a great service available! Also, a big shout out to the wonderful vet techs who do all the heavy lifting!

My 2 year old Cat Ophelia got candle wax all over her belly and leg, which ended up with us there at almost midnight, while my partner was traveling for work, and i was scared she'd been burned. I had a magnet on our fridge with this facility from the shelter we got OPhelia, and i was so happy we kept it, because it saved me time from running around trying to find a 24 place that would take a walk in. The Staff was extremely friendly, kept me updated, and kept me calm. She's such a shy, scared baby, and every staff member treated her with so much love and care, and it made me feel extremely calm throughout the process. The price is fair. I paid $649 for them to do blood work and sedate her while she had the candle wax cut out of her fur. I felt like this was extremely fair, and on the lower end of what other facilities quoted me. Abby was super friendly, and lovely to talk to, and another woman who i cannot name at the moment was so kind, and absolutely *loved* my cat, and it made me feel very happy to know these ladies love their jobs, and the pets they come in contact with. Overall, I will absolutely be recommending this place to family and friends, and if Ophelia is ever naughty enough to need care again (crossing my fingers for no), i will absolutely be taking her here. Thank you all again, and Ophelia says hi, <3

Our rottweiler Sheba was seen at the Oak Brook emergency vet on Friday night of Memorial weekend They detected bladder stones, but could not operate and remove them. I called all of the big emergency clinics in the area, none of which would do emergency surgery. They wanted to just catheter and hold her until Tuesday, 4 long days. Once I called the Lisle clinic they went above and beyond to provide the best care and operated on Sat at 1am in the morning. Sheba was home by Sunday morning in the comfort of her home with us and her brother who she had never been separated from. I am so grateful for the care and concern the Drs and staff showed during this stressful time. I would highly recommend!! .
