I took our not-well kitty to Emergency Veterinary Services in Lisle on a Sunday morning. Bladder stones were discovered and surgery performed. After a two night stay at EVS he is convalescing nicely at home almost one week later. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated, both kitty and owner, during a hard time for any pet 'parent'. We highly recommend EVS in Lisle! This coming from personal experience. Our kitty got sick over Memorial Day weekend and went downhill fast. Everyone here was compassionate and professional, which is exactly what is needed while saying goodbye to a beloved family member. One of the worst days of my life but I'll always remember how lovely and kind everyone was.

We brought our 14 yr old Husky mix into the ER. She was clearly having a lot of pain. Jennifer the tech and Dr Amy couldn't have been nicer. They were compassionate and very informative every step of the way. Dr Amy took the time to go over every blood test result with us and explain what each one was for. The other staff there were just as wonderful but I didn't get their names. I would not hesitate to use this facility in the future.

Today, my partner and I made the most difficult decision and our cat Clyde is no longer with us. We are absolutely heartbroken. If it weren't for Dr. Amy and her caring/empathetic bedside manner, we would be shattered beyond repair. Our experience with her along with her provided insight and care were top-notch (5-stars).
Rating 4 stars - although it is necessary to handle the logistics, we would have appreciated a moment to adjust/get situated before getting approached for the consent/release form and payment. The staff were courteous and professional

Our young dog was attacked by two coyotes in the evening when all other vets were closed. We were able to take her here and be seen right away. Everything was explained thoroughly and prices were discussed before anything was done so you weren’t surprised by a huge bill. I think the pricing was fair especially in emergency situations. They were very careful with her.
